Warne Road Weston-Super-Mare: A Multi-Utility Success Story

Case Study

Successfully installed 343 meters of gas mains at Warne Road, Weston-Super-Mare, with zero compliance issues. Flawless traffic management minimised disruptions in a busy industrial estate, ensuring 24/7 access for businesses while adhering to top safety and quality standards.

Green Frog Utilities contracted USP Ltd to undertake a new intermediate gas pressure main lay for one of our clients for a new power generation site project located in Weston-Super-Mare. The work involved laying 300m of HDPE pipe in a very challenging, highly populated business park in the centre of a busy seaside town.

GFU left the day to day running of the project to the USP team and they completed the work very professionally and efficiently and kept us up to date with the progress of work. The work was completed on time despite the USP team having to contend with multiple complications in the road on the design route. The USP team were able to provide technical solutions to the problems that were encountered to enable Green Frog Utilities to make commercial decisions on any amendments to the work that were needed.
