Coming from a customer service and NHS background, I began my journey with USP in 2016 in an administrative role. Through hard work and dedication, I progressed to become the director/owner in 2017 following a company restructure. In the early years at USP, my responsibilities encompassed administration, plant management, accounting and most recently an HR role within the business

Currently, I am the Commercial Manager at Utility Solutions Provider Ltd., where I oversee commercial operations, driving growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality utility services. My extensive background spans across various sectors within the utility field, including gas, electricity, and infrastructure projects, allowing me to bring deep expertise to my current role

Samantha Coleman

Multi Utility Project Coordinator

I bring over 7 years experience within the Muliti Utilities Industry, planning in projects from cradle to grave with a range from one single dwelling to sites with over 2000 plots. I deal daily with a range of customer, from the developers to all the DNO's over many different areas plus the local authorities to arrange permits to work. Before working on the Multi-Utilities I worked within the gas industry around 11 years, mainly working as a planner and NRSWA co-ordinator to replace gas mains within the West Midlands area.

I have over 30 years of experience in the utilities industry, starting with hands-on work with tools and progressing to management roles. In my current position, you oversee job operations and pricing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of both the technical and managerial aspects of the industry. Your extensive background equips you with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively lead teams and ensure the successful execution of projects.

With nearly 20 years of experience in the gas industry, I've journeyed from pick up and support driver to leading my own team nationwide. From being part of USP's inaugural team to venturing into site management, I've excelled in various areas such as WIP works, trial hole/enabling, and vac ex teams. Working with renowned companies like Morgan Est, Balfour Beaty, NGN, SGN, and TRIIO has enriched my expertise across multi utilities and fiber works.

Currently serving as the site manager/project manager for USP, I collaborate with Cadent on diverse projects including standard connections, non-standard work, and Built over services. Eagerly anticipating the challenges and growth opportunities that the next two decades in this dynamic industry will bring.

Woking in the NHS for 2 years and now as the lead administrator of operations & Accounts at USP Ltd, ensuring smooth office management and organizational efficiency. I also assist with accounting tasks, including financial reporting and budget tracking, contributing to the company’s operational and financial success.
