1. Site Assessment

We review utility layouts and ground conditions, identifying any route or regulatory risks.

2. Network Validation 

We confirm access, flow, pressure levels, and the feasibility of cross-connections.

3. Utility Blueprint

Our team creates a water infrastructure design that meets Water Fittings Regs and future-proofs the development.

4. Plan Approval 

We handle submissions, pressure calcs, valve planning, and final sign-off.

5. Site Preparation 

We co-ordinate trenching (750–900mm), ducting, traffic plans, and staging for testing.

6. Utility Installation

Pipework, boundary boxes, stop taps and valves are installed to the latest WRAS standards.

7. System Activation

We complete flushing, chlorination, pressure testing, and connect to the live main.

8. Site Restoration

All work areas are reinstated, cleaned, and cleared to spec.

9. Project Handover 

We issue WIAPS certificates, test results, as-builts and sign-off packs.
