We provide End-to-End District Heating Systems using flexible, corrosion-resistant PEX pre-insulated pipework, fully managed in-house - from concept to commissioning.

Your District Heating Journey:

1. Site Assessment

We assess the site layout, energy demand, ground conditions and infrastructure constraints to determine feasibility.

2. Network Validation 

We confirm optimal routing for PEX pipework and validate integration with your energy source (CHP, biomass, heat pump, etc.).

3. Utility Blueprint

We produce a full thermal network design, pipe sizing, trench layouts, valve locations and insulation spec.

4. Plan Approval 

We secure design sign-off and handle local authority coordination, road opening notices or Section 50 if needed.

5. Site Preparation 

We coordinate trenching, barriers, spoil removal and prepare the ground for heat pipe installation.

6. Utility Installation

We install the pre-insulated PEX pipework, make thermal connections, and install inspection points, valves and access.

7. System Activation

We pressure test the full system, ensure insulation integrity, and connect to the energy centre or heat source.

8. Site Restoration

We backfill, compact and reinstate all trenches and surfaces to highways or client standard.

9. Project Handover 

We provide final documentation including as-builts, commissioning certificates, warranties and O&M manuals.
