1. Site Assessment

We assess existing gas infrastructure, confirm presence of live assets, and determine the scope and urgency of the disconnection.

2. Network Validation 

We map out where existing gas services connect to the live network, identifying ownership and authority responsibilities.

3. Utility Blueprint

We prepare a full disconnection strategy — including safe working zones, timelines, and all compliance requirements.

4. Plan Approval 

We submit formal disconnection requests and secure necessary permits or authority clearances.

5. Site Preparation 

Our in-house team prepares the site: traffic management, safe access, barriers, and H&S controls in place.

6. Utility Installation

The gas main or service line is isolated, disconnected from the network, and made permanently safe.

7. System Activation

Gas pipework, meters, or redundant infrastructure is safely excavated and removed or capped.

8. Site Restoration

We backfill trenches, reinstate surfaces, and ensure the area is safe and clean — ready for development.

9. Project Handover 

We issue full disconnection certification, compliance documents, and photographic evidence for your records.
